Dr. Nguyen Thu Giang has a lot of experience in teaching and research in the field of nutrition and food safety, especially community nutrition for women and children (child malnutrition, breastfeeding; household food security…). She is experienced in teaching local and international students (University of Aberdeen and University of Edinburgh); participated in international and domestic cooperation projects in the field of community nutrition and public health; She has a number of articles published nationally and internationally. She participated in the implementation of grassroots, ministerial and national level projects; She is the supervisor for graduated students.
