Dr. Nguyen Thi Huong Lan has over 9 years of teaching experience in nutrition and food safety. She has contributed to the writing of 10 specialized nutrition books for university and postgraduate students. Additionally, she takes the responsibility as the head of the Nutrition Department at Saint Paul General Hospital since 2016.
Dr. Lan has published 15 scientific articles in national journals, including "Medical Research," "Clinical Medicine," "Community Health," "Nutrition and Food," and 6 scientific articles in international journals, such as "Journal of Food Safety," "Nutrients," "Breeding Science," and "Diabetes & Metabolic Syndrome: Clinical Research & Reviews."
