Prof. Dr. Le Thi Huong has more than 30 years of experience in teaching nutrition and preventive medicine, being the supervisor for 9 PhD students and 6 specialist doctors, 60 master students, residence doctors and many bachelors, medical doctors. She was the principal investigator of 3 international cooperation projects and participated in coordinating many other international projects. She was the principal investigator of 4 national-level projects, 3 approved ministerial-level projects and 17 grassroots projects. She participated in the writing of nearly 40 books on nutrition, preventive medicine and public health, and published more than 300 domestic and international articles. Professor has won many prestigious awards: 3rd Level of Labor Medal in 2021, title of excellent doctor, No. 360/QD-ĐHYHN dated 6/3/2017, Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit in 2015, Ministry of Health’s Certificate of Merit in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2015, 2020, Ministry of Science and Technology‘s Certificate of Merit for female scientists with excellent achievements in 2021 and many other scientific awards.
