Education: Graduated General Medical Doctor program at Hanoi Medical University in 1997, obtained a Master's degree in Public Health from Mahidol University, Thailand in 2002 and completed a Doctorate in Public Health at Hanoi Medical University in 2021.

Work experience: Lecturer at the Department of Health Organization and Management, school of Preventive Medicine and Public Health, Hanoi Medical University since 2000.
