MPH. Phung Thanh Hung has 15 years of teaching experience in the fields of health system management, human resource management, hospital management, project management, monitoring and evaluation. Since 2014, MPH. Phung Thanh Hung has supported and advised a number of Vietnamese health facilities on monitoring and evaluation, human resource management, hospital management and hospital quality management. In scientific research, MPH. Phung Thanh Hung has participated in many studies related to the assessment of the health system, health workforce, and health service delivery with a number of published international articles as well as dozens of national articles.
