Summary:

Prof. Luu Ngoc Hoat has more than 30 years of experience in teaching statistics, medical informatics, and medical research; Has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and consulting in planning, project management, strategic planning, and hospital management; Published more than 40 books, including 17 books on statistics, scientific research, and international publication; Developed and implemented more than 30 international cooperation projects for Vietnamese medical universities and the Health Sector in the fields of medical education innovation, evidence-based management planning and enhancement capacity of lecturers and medical staff from 1995 to present. Prof. Hoat also has more than 70 articles published domestically and more than 40 articles published internationally.
