She has been teaching nutrition and food safety since 2019 for under-graduated students and a short course on clinical nutrition and breastfeeding. She participated in writing 02 specialized nutrition reference books and published 15 domestic and international articles. In addition, she is also in charge of nutritional examination and counseling at the nutrition clinic of Hanoi Medical University.
