Functions, tasks:
- To support personnel planning, employment; appointment, dismissal, rotation and resignation of employees.
- To support transferring ranks, raising ranks, visiting lecturing;
- To support raising salary scale regularly and ahead of time, policies related to employees’ salary (e.g. allowances according to salary…)
- To support rewardactivities, classification of employee evaluation.
- To support local and oversea staff training; international business travel and leave.
- To implement labor policies (salary, allowance, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance);
- To dispatch officers for different examinations (end-of-course exams, entrance exams, graduation exams, etc) To keep records, documents, contracts of employees
