Assoc. Dr. Trinh Bao Ngoc graduated as a Doctor of Hygiene and Epidemiology at the Medical University of Moscow No. 2 (former the Soviet Union): from 1986 to 1990 and started working at the Department of Nutrition and Food Safety at Hanoi Medical University from September of 1993 to present. Her teaching and research areas focus on solving issues related to food hygiene and safety, community nutrition, and micronutrient deficiencies. She has been participating in writing a number of training textbooks for medical doctors, bachelor of nutrition. She has participated in many projects at the grassroots level, ministerial-level (4), national-level. She is the author and co-author of more than 35 domestic and international scientific articles. The number of students who have been supervised by Assoc. Prof. Trinh Bao Ngoc is up to 44 students and 11 master students.
