Dr. Pham Quang Loc is a lecturer in the Department of Epidemiology, Institute for Preventive Medicine and Public Health, Hanoi Medical University. His expertise spans epidemiology, infectious diseases, and public health, with a particular research focus on HIV/AIDS and the application of epidemiologic methods.
He has contributed to and published numerous studies in national and international journals on HIV treatment outcomes, methadone maintenance treatment programs, COVID-19, and other public health issues in Vietnam. His research focuses on applying epidemiologic methods and data analysis to generate evidence for health policy development and improvements in the quality of healthcare services.
In addition to his research activities, Dr. Pham Quang Loc is actively involved in teaching courses on epidemiology, research methodology, and infectious disease epidemiology.
